John is a Managing Director at CoveView Advisors, KoreFusion’s joint venture partner on select M&A transactions. John is a career investment banker, having completed over 75 transactions including M&A, private equity, and debt and equity financings. Prior senior positions include Managing Director at Blackstone, JP Morgan and PrinceRidge, where he was also Head of Investment Banking. While at Blackstone, he managed affiliate relationships with Nikko Securities (Japan), Enskilda Securities (Nordic region) and InverMexico (Mexico). He also served as Vice Chairman of Collins & Aikman Corporation, a former Blackstone portfolio company.John holds a B.A. from Williams College, an M.S. in Accounting from NYU Stern School of Business and an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia’s Darden Graduate School of Business.
