KoreFusion supported JPMorgan and Credit Suisse on the IPO of a Russian payments company on the NASDAQ stock market. We conducted in-market due diligence, pressure tested corporate disclosures and supported the drafting of the S-1 Filing. The IPO was the most successful fintech IPO that year.
M&A Sell-Side Advisory
We were the exclusive sell-side advisors to a leading U.S. bank’s European licensed subsidiary, which the parent company wished to divest. We led a targeted global roadshow with financial and strategic buyers and completed the sale of the business, including regulatory approvals, to a European PE firm.

Developed a series of market entry strategies for a financial inclusion product across the region after a bespoke market prioritization exercise.
